Question 1

What actually happened in those sixty-six seconds?

Accepted Answer

The system read the page, extracted the value proposition, mapped the conversion architecture, selected the right heuristic for the stage and audience, then trained an agent against it. That sequence is 30 years of conversion science applied in seconds, not a generic LLM wrapper.

Question 2

How is this different from ChatGPT or a generic chatbot?

Accepted Answer

Generic chatbots answer questions. A Conversion Trained Agent is built to direct, analyze, and optimize: it drives leads, features the right products, and feeds every transcript back into a self-optimizing conversion system pre-trained on 10,000 MECLABS experiments.

Question 3

What heuristic did the system apply to my page?

Accepted Answer

It selected from a library of MECLABS conversion heuristics, choosing the one that fits your page's stage (awareness, consideration, decision), traffic type, and value proposition clarity. Each heuristic carries a tested formula for sequencing the conversation.

Question 4

What do you mean by "conversion science"?

Accepted Answer

30 years of MECLABS research, 10,000 controlled experiments, validated across industries and geographies. It's the methodology that gives the agent a tested basis for every recommendation, not a guess from a base model.

Question 5

What is MECLABS AI?

Accepted Answer

The product building platform that hosts your Conversion Trained Agent and the rest of the toolset. The agent you just built is one capability inside a broader system for building, testing, and shipping conversion optimized products.

Question 6

What does this cost, and what's included?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is tailored to traffic volume, conversion controls, and the level of optimization support you want. For many businesses, it costs as little as a few hundred dollars a month.

Question 7

Do I need to install anything, or hand off to a developer?

Accepted Answer

No developer required. The agent embeds with a single snippet, and the conversion controls live in a hosted dashboard. If your team prefers a custom install, the platform supports that too.

Question 8

What happens to the conversations my agent has?

Accepted Answer

Every transcript is analyzed automatically and fed back into the optimization loop. You see what visitors actually ask, where they hesitate, and which messages drive conversion, so the agent gets sharper over time.

Question 9

Is this enterprise ready?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Enterprise engagements include a named solutions engineer, an MSA, custom DPA, security review support, and direct access to the MECLABS optimization team.

Question 10

How is our data protected, and is it used to train AI models?

Accepted Answer

MeclabsAI is hosted on Google Cloud Platform with TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES 256 at rest, multi-zone redundancy, tamper-evident audit logs retained for 365 days, and least-privilege access enforced through RBAC and GCP BeyondCorp Zero Trust. Customer data is never used to train external LLMs.

Question 11

What about SSO, access controls, and privacy compliance?

Accepted Answer

SAML 2.0 and OIDC SSO are supported, with MFA required on all non-SSO accounts, 12+ character password policy, 15-minute idle timeout, and re-authentication for sensitive actions. The platform is GDPR aligned with an appointed DPO and annual DPIAs.
